In 1932 the Imperial Rolls Razor hit the shelf, they were a big hit because of their high quality constructions! By the 40's people needed to replace damaged/nicked up strops due to user error, the elements, etc.
The Rolls name was meant to evoke a feeling of luxury and quality. These may be cumbersome sets, but for a person who wants to take their time occasionally you will be rewarded with a wonderfully smooth shave and cool collector's piece!
