Available is a newly restored vintage straight razor from around the 1940's. Made in Solingen, Germany this J.A. Henckels is both a great starter straight razor and a sharp looking blade! History: J.A. Henckels has been one of the most prominent names in German cutlery since the mid 1800's. From Solingen, Germany, they have produced safety razors, straight razors, knives and swords. Well respected and much sought after indeed!

Restoration: This razor went through our complete Revamp service. It was first polished, removing all active rust and as much metal as was safe for this grind. The blade then went through our True Honing process, utilizing stones such as a Naniwa Chosera 10k, Belgian Yellow Coticule and Shapton 30k to give this straight razor the perfect edge. It arrives to you stropped and shave ready.
