A beautiful razor from 19017 featuring open comb guard and balanced handle. The combination set was produced for the man on the go and aided in Gillette's cause of making shaving accessible away from the barbershop and convenient for businessmen. This set features both original soap / brush travel tins, 2 matching blade banks and of course the Single Ring razor itself. The end teeth on the edges are not straight, but does not affect the shave. 

This entire set was Revamped by our team of professional razor technicians. The set has been polished to a high mirror-finish and shines brilliantly in new Nickel plating. This case is in excellent condition, very hard to find these days. Ock up this razor now!

History: The Gillette Old Type was the original razor produced by Gillette Safety Razor Co. Debuted in 1904, the Single Ring featues open comb design with two stabilizer pins that keep the blade straight. These heads are known for their smooth yet aggressive shaves.
