These are great shavers and are now considered somewhat of a collector's item with the matching box. As you twist the handle, the entire cap moves up to accommodate a Segal blade. Some people either modify modern DE blades to be able to use them with this style of razor. They are considered amazing shavers and pieces of razor history - especially with the original box and in perfect mechanical / aesthetic condition such as this specimen.
