1940's Gillette Ranger Tech Double Edge Safety Razor | Factory Nickel Revamp

One of the most classic DE razors ever to be made - the Ranger Tech.

The Ranger Tech is the perfect double edge razor for a new wet shaver, or a very nice addition to your shaving collection. TTO works smooth and doors close like a dream. This TTO razor has ungergone our Revamp service to ensure it is Shave Ready! All original plating as been polished away to reveal the stamped brass construction. This was then resurfaced and plated in layers of Copper, Nickel, and finished with 24K gold. This razor looks better than it did when it was sold over 75yrs ago!

This razor has been mechanically inspected and the Twist to Open is as smooth as can be. A blade can be loaded quickly and the razor will provide perfectly smooth shaves. This particular razor is the 1941 variant, which is harder to find than the 1946 model. Truly a razor rarity and will last for another 75yrs to come!

History: The Gillette Ranger Tech was only made for two years, 1941 and 1946. The main difference between these two models is that the Patent info was stamped on the base plate of the 1946 model, but not the 1941 model.
