Features worm gear style TTO mechanism - providing a very smooth open and close! Watch as the bottom TTO knob goes up into the handle as you open it and close it. The British designs for the Gillette razors were superior to many of their American counterparts.

History: The Gillette Rocket came on the scene in the late 1940's and ran through continuous production into the 1980's. The Rocket was the British equivelant of the American Super Speed - named for how fast your shaves would be using this TTO model.
