Available is a newly restored vintage straight razor. Made in Sheffield, England this piece is from the cutlery company: George Wostenholm. Works as both a great starter straight razor and a sharp looking blade! This straight razor has a barber's notch - great for shaping and have an awesome traditional look! Some beginner shavers shy away from a classic blade like this, but keep in mind this razor will last for another hundred years and you'll only be a beginner for your first shave.

History: England is famous for being a country to have historically produced some of the finest straight razors ever. The quality and hardness of metal from these Sheffield razors stood the test of time to keep the wet shaving tradition alive today.

Restoration: This razor went through our complete Revamp service. It was first polished, removing all active rust and as much metal as was safe for this grind. The blade then went through our True Honing process, utilizing stones such as a Naniwa Chosera 10k, Belgian Yellow Coticule and Shapton 30k to give this straight razor the perfect edge. It arrives to you stropped and shave ready.
