Available is a 5/8" Joseph Rodgers & Sons The Master Razor No. 1 that was manufactured in Sheffield, England. This blade is ground with a spike point, making it much more accurate than a round point tip. This straight razor makes for a great entry level razor because of its massive size, ease of use, and comfortable shave provided. Restoration: This razor went through our complete Revamp service. It was first polished to a near mirror finish, removing all active rust and as much metal as was safe for this grind. The scales were also polished to give a high luster. The blade then went through our True Honing process, utilizing stones such as a Naniwa Chosera 10k, Belgian Yellow Coticule and Shapton 30k to give this straight razor the perfect edge. It arrives to you stropped and shave ready.
