This JR Torrey Straight Razor has a near wedge grind and a barbers notch tip, making for a great looking razor. It's smaller size of 9/16" makes it an easy to maneuver blade. Trim the whiskers with style and ease! JR Torrey is known for producing excellent straight razors. Every shave den needs in atleast one! The razor has it's original celluloid scales, still in great condition. As, always, honing was completed on a 20K stone leaving a mirror finished edge that will be sure to plow through any stubble!

A Brief History of JR Torrey- Founded in Worchester Massachusetts in 1858 to sell straight razors and strops. They began manufacturing their own razors in 1880 and continued up until 1963 when the desire for straight razors began to wane and new methods of shaving were taking over.
